The delivery takes place on the requested date, except in case of force majeure. Examples are extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, local festivities… in that case the Belflora office will inform you accordingly as soon as possible.
The time of delivery depends on the opening hours of the local flower shop. If you wish to communicate a desired time block then this must be done at least 24 hours in advance. You can do this in the section “Comments regarding the delivery” when placing your order. We can only guarantee the desired delivery time in case of funerals and weddings. In all other instances the flower shop will try to take your request into account.
After you have placed your order you receive a confirmation email with a reference number.
This order is processed and checked at the head office of Belflora. Your order is then forwarded to the nearest florist who will prepare and deliver the desired product with the utmost care.
You receive a confirmation after ordering. We will then see to it that the flowers are delivered on the desired date. Once the flowers have been delivered we assume that the recipient will contact you. If you wish to receive more information then you can always contact the Belflora customer service via email or by telephone on number +32 2 242 29 64.
Our flower shop tries to deliver the flowers and leaves a "sorry we missed you" note if the recipient is absent, the flower shop will then try to reach the recipient by telephone. If the florist was unable to deliver the flowers, or was unable to reach the recipient within 24 hours, then he will inform us of the unsuccessful delivery and you will in turn be informed by telephone or by email. If the recipient is absent then the florist may leave the flowers with third parties (e.g. the neighbours, the reception, the gatekeeper, the funeral director, etc.) who will guarantee the delivery of the flowers to the recipient. This also applies to all accompanying goods (gift, letter, etc.) that were entrusted to the florist.
The Belflora customer service is at your disposal Monday through Friday from 08:15 hrs to 12:00 hrs and from 13:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs and on Saturday from 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs. You can reach us via info@fleurop.be or by telephone on number +32 2 242 29 64.
Many of our flower shops still make deliveries after the closing of their shops. They will basically do this if the delivery address is a private address where the chance is bigger to find somebody at home after 17:00 hrs. Of course you can, as a customer, always leave comments in the relevant space.

Flowers are seasonal. That is why we do not always have the full range of flowers available, not even in the online flower shop.
We cannot always guarantee the availability of the various flowers at the flower shops worldwide and certainly not for “last minute” orders.
That is why the composition of the products can differ slightly from those of the photographed items. However every product is realised at the last moment and individually by high-qualified florists who will make every effort to match the colour and form of the illustrated products.
Can the bouquet be delivered on a Sunday or a public holiday?
Basically deliveries are not made on a Sunday or on a statutory public holiday. Yet some flower shops are open on these days.
